How to start a return
Contact our support team through the Contact Us page with your order number and reason for return. We'll guide you through the next steps.
Return conditions
To be eligible for a return, the product should be unused beyond reasonable trial and returned in its original packaging where possible. Please initiate your return within 30 days of the delivery date.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
If you'd prefer an exchange rather than a refund for example, switching pack sizes let us know when you contact support and we'll arrange it once your original item is received.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging so we can resolve it quickly at no extra cost to you.
